Project cannot access the Project Server. "Custom Project Guide"

I have developed a custom project guide. Added a new goal area named
"Custom". I'm referring to the custom_main.htm page through pgcontent://

I'mgetting the following error when try to click Back or Forward button on
default pages(Tasks,Resources) to navigate to Custom page. Though navigation
is proper from Custom to Tasks etc.

Project cannot access the Project Server http://ServerName/ProjectServer.
Please check the Project Server URL in the Collaborate tab of the Options
dialog box (Tools menu). Make sure the server is functioning correctly, and
is a valid Project Server.

The Server URL is fine, the server we are referencing is a trusted
site, and we have successfully tested the URL to the project guide in
IE and it comes up fine there.
