Project Cannot Be Opened it is Locked to apply status updates from

we've had queue issues today.

had to stop and restart several times.

I have a Project Manager reporting the following error. I have checked the
MSP_Project table in Published database and it does not show a lock on the
project.

The error message is, Project XYZ cannot be opened at this time because it
is locked on the server to apply status updates from team members. Please try
to open the project after some time when the updates may have been applied.

How do I clear this error? thanks!

Might you have some jobs stuck in the "getting enqueued" state? See the

Gary, Thanks for your reply.

I've done that NUMEROUS times already...
we fixed our performance problems, now just cleaning up some of the hung up
jobs...I'll double check my queue, specifically for that status...thanks!
