Project Center "Edit" Project Details.

In Project Center, when you click "Edit" in the toolbar the select project's
Custom Project fields like Owner are displayed (in the Project Details Page)
and allows you to edit and save it.

My question is where do you set the permissions that allow a user to:

a. view the Project Details?
b. edit and save Project Details?

Do you set them in the security settings or categories???
