Project Center Missing Projects

There are 5 workplans on the server that are not shown in Project Center
Views. I can see them in Admin | Clean up the Project Server database. 3 of
these workplans are master projects but two are not.

Have you enabled the "allow master projects to be published to Microsoft
Project Server" option in the PWA Admin / Server configuration section?
