Project Center Task Lists

I am looking at moving our 'project management' over to Office:Mac Project
Center...but have some concerns as to organizing and assigning large number
of tasks.
Does anyone know if it is possible to 'tree or outline' tasks..One large
task with 'dependencies' underneath? Or is it only one large list?

It's one large list. However, that's a great item to suggest using the
Help/Feedback on Entourage menu.

I use Project Center all the time to organize my work, and it's helped
me immensely. However, it's not a full-fledged project tool yet.
