Project Charts

We are trying to save two different types of charts in
Project 2003. They are the Gantt chart and the PERT chart
as two separate files. When we try to open the PERT chart
file, it defaults to the Gantt chart. How can we save as
two separate files that can be emailed and when opened
the correct chart will be seen.

I am not sure how you are creating these Gantt Chart and PERT Chart
files. I suspect you are viewing the Project file in Microsoft Project,
then saving it? Then next time you open it the view is different?

To save a Gantt chart, use the little camera icon on the toolbar.

To save the PERT chart (called Network diagram), you can screen shot it,
and then save in a document or something (like any other screen shot),
or print the diagram to an Adobe PDF file with a PDF creating program,
e.g. Adobe Acrobat.
