Project Configuration

I am new to Project Server 2007. Does anyone have a template they used to
configure the system? I'm looking for something that would help us with the
order in which our implementation team should be looking at things, i.e. task
and time management, groups, resources, etc.

Any advice would be great.

I suggest you post to our sister newsgroup,
microsoft.public.project.server. This newsgroup is dedicated to the
stand alone version of Project.

How did you get to this newsgroup (i.e. what newsreader or news server
do you use)? Use the same method except set it up for the newsgroup I
listed. You may have to manually add it to the newsgroups queried by
your news server. You can also get to the Project Server newsgroup
through Google
(http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.project.server/topics)
