project/contact associations

Hi,
I have a number of addresses associated in my contact list with a
project. When I write a mail message to these contacts, the
association is not automatically "linked" to the project. As a result
I'm manually making the association through the pull down menu. How
do I make the contact/mail message association automatic when the
contact is already "linked" to a project?

There is a preference for contact linking for categories, but not for
projects.

You could set up incoming and outgoing mail rules to link mails to projects.
