Project data lost after importing .

Hi,

I am facing a strange situation. In one of our project i was getting a lot
of spooler error & database error while trying to publish projects. To
resolve the issue i took a back up of the projects & deleted them from the
project database. Then i imported them back to the database. Problem comes
thereafter. Now the publish issue is fixed but I have lost all data for the
month of July and august. All data is lost and the task which were completed
in the month of July and august are getting re assigned as new task.Lost dta
includes the master project data (for july month) and also the data which was
in individual team members task list for the month of August. I have the
copy of the project & it is showing the actual work as it is. But the same is
not being reflected in the project server . Can anyone help me out?

So, it sounds as though you are using Project Server 2003. If that is
correct, try opening each project, and choose Publish > Republish
assignments and see if that helps. Don't forget to specify the version you
are using when making future posts.

Forgot to mention that you must choose the checkbox to "Overwrite the PWA
timesheets."
