Project Details View in PWA

hi,
how do i set permissions for users so that a user can log in and change the
Project Details (Enterprise Custom Fields of a particular project) even
though he is not the owner of the project. thanx

To change the project details in PWA, a user must have the Manage Enterprise
Features permission. Hope this helps.
