I want to create functionality that allows a project file to be exported to
PDF with certain, sensitive data, removed. Is my best bet to implement this
using macros or can this be done using PDS extensions?

Any general direction would be much appriciated.

Hi Karl,

I'm not aware of any PDS extensions that integrate with Project (doesn't
mean there aren't any, I've just not seen or heard of any!). In Project you
can create different Views( the format, so you can hide dates or change
their formats), Tables (collections of columns) and Filters (limit what Task
rows are displayed). With a combination of these three, you should be able
to hide your sensitive data then print the view as it is to a .pdf file.

What data do you need to hide?
