Project Disappeared from Project Server

We have a project that has been in the Project Server database for about a
month. It just disappeared today.

I tried to save a new project with the same name but was not able.

Upon further research, I opened the Project Server database MSP_PROJECTS
table and saw that the project is still there but the PROJ_DATA_SOURCE field
is NULL instead of holding the DSN.

Does anyone know how this could happen and how I can fix it?

One of things that can cause this to happen is database corruption, another
is not keeping current with service packs. Inasmuch as you haven't told us
which version or service pack you've got, it's hard to say whether it's a
bug or human error. Most likely, the latter. Try restoring the DSN info
directly in the database and see if that fixes the problem.

Gary,

Thanks for the resonse.

I appologize for not specifying the version.

We are running Project Server 2003 SP1 (No post-SP1 Hotfixes) on Windows
Server 2003 with all of the updates (except for the 9 that came out a 2:00 PM
EST Yesterday).

I am going to try and stick the DSN back in. What sort of "human" error
could cause this? I do not know of any commands that would do this.
