Project documents button not showing up in PWA indicator column

I've attached documents to schedules in PWA. However, in the indicator
column in the Project Center view, only some of the schedules have the
document icon/button that indicates there are documents associated with the
schedule. Most do not. How do you get the document icon/button to show up in
the indicator column in PWA?

I have exactly the same problem - no solution I've found so far... I think
it might be to do with if you have a workspace and then link the schedule to
it, rather than it being created when the schedule is first published
