Project End Date did not move as expected

I've changed the number hours in a day from 5 to 6 and the number of hours in
a week from 25 to 30 in my project, but the end date of my project did not
move. Can someone help me understand why the end date of the project did not
more to a date closer to today's date?

Hi,

When you change the representation of a distance from kilometers into miles,
that doesn't bring the destination any closer
The value of a day in fhours is just a conversion factor- Project stores
every duration in minutes.
You (also) heve to modify working time in Tools, Change Working time, in the
appropriate calendar(s).
That will definitely move the end date.

Hi Teri,

You need to alter your Project calendar to allow more working hours
per day. Tools > Change Working time. See FAQ 5 at:
