Project Events URL (C#, 2007)

I'm implementing "ProjectEventReceiver" and in some events I want to use PSI
methods...
To do so I need the server URL, if I can catch the events I guess I can get
the URL from some where… from where?

Did you find something about catching PSI events ?
I'm trying to catch the event throw when a timesheet is saved.

In project server 2007, you have to import timesheet in tasks to update your
project plan, i want to do this import automatically

Have you an idea to do that ?
