project,exchange,sharepoint coexisting

I have 2003 enterprise server running IIS hosting our website and exchange
2003.
Iam trying to install sharepoint2003 and project 2003 all on the same
server. After installtion of sharepoint server and project server I no longer
have the website it defaults to project server and I loose access to the
Exchange OWA. I cannot find any documents refernceing this situation. I would
like to have all of them run on one server if possible.
can this be done and any help on how to make this happen.

You may want to look at various threads about SBS2003 and Project
server.

I have SBS (sharepoint, exchange, sql, isa) and project server running
in the same server, without any problems, so it can be done.
