Project Fields Not Available

In MS Project Pro 2003, I need to total the weekly hours
per project name, per resource.

Example
John H. 3/21 3/28
Proj 1 12 10
Proj 2 8 32

As you can see, I need to total weekly hours and display
them per project name. I can't seem to to this in the
crosstab report. The project name field is not available
for me to select.

Ideas? Should I be using VBscript or is there another
process I should look into?

Hello Diane,

Display the Task Usage view, then insert the Project field : Insert / Column
(in fact, it's not mandatory...) then :
Project / Group by / More groups... / New...
- Group by : Resource name;; ascending order
- Then by Project
Check the box : Group assignments, not tasks
