Project file can not be opened on read-write mode

Fernando

Whenever someone try to open a project file using the web
interface, it is displayed a message saying:

"[MyUser Someone] has this project open read-write.

To open the [MyProject].Published read-write, [MyUser
Someone] must close the project in their session or
contact your server administrator to check-in the
project."

The same message is displayed if logged as [MyUser
Someone] and even been administrator I can not see how I
can save the problem.

Any ideas!??!?

Thanks a lot,

Fernando

Your Project Server administrator should do the following to solve this
problem:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click the Admin menu
3. Click the Manage enterprise features link
4. Click the Check in enterprise projects link in the sidepane
5. Select the checked-out project in the data grid and click the Check-In
button

If you are using Project Server 2003, the owner of the project can check in
his/her own project in the Project Center in PWA by clicking the Check in my
projects link in the sidepane on the left side of the page. Hope this
helps.
