Project file does not synch with PWA.

Platform:
Project Server 2007 SP1
Project Pro 2007 Sp1

Problem:

User created a Project file using the Global Template. After creating the
user saved and published this file to database on PS 2007.

Some changes occurred that and they are as follows:

1. What is in PWA (Project Centre) does not match when the user opens the
file from Project Professional, even though it has been published

2. It created blank lines or empty tasks within the project, without user
intervention.

I posted a similar problem earlier today and the user used the same the
default Global Template create this file also, the difference is this file
was published to the server. Note others have used this template and they
are not having this issue.

apply the latest updates which where released this week.

Delete the local cache on all users machines.

This should help.
