Project File is Out of Sequence

My project file is out of sequence when I open it. If I colapase and re-open
the parent task, it is sequenced properly but next time I use a filter or
level the plan it resorts back to the out of sequence condition.

Ken,
It sounds like a sort was applied before the file was last saved. First,
fully expand the file and then go to Project/Sort/by ID. Then do a Save
As.
