Project Gallery Deletions

Is there a way to delete douments from the project gallery (i.e. the
documents that are listed in the Category List on the left when the
Project Gallery is open have a category called "Based On Recent" that
I'd lke to clear...anyone know how to do this?) Also, I'm on a Mac OSX
if this makes any difference.Thanks very much!

Hi bree,

To add or remove categories click the "Categories" button.

To delete individual clips select the clip(s) then control-click on the
clip(s) and choose Delete.

HI again, Jim,

II can't seem to delete from the Category Llist when I open the Project
Gallery. When I open it, there is a list under "Category" on the left,
which includes "Most recent" and the document thumbnails are on the
right...there doesn;t seem to be any way that I can click on a category
or document and hit delete (or control delete)..nothing happens...I'm

Are you using Office v.X or 2004? Have you installed the updates?
