project gallery templates

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Power PC

When I open any of the templates in the gallery (resumes, programs, brochures, etc) they are all in another language, not english. Can these templates be converted to english? How? I have checked the language tab in the tools menu and it is set to english(US). Any advice you can offer would be great. Thanks.

It isn't a "foreign language". The placeholders are filled with sample text
which you are supposed to replace with your own content.
