Project Guide toolbar won't be displayed ...

I cannot see the Project Guide Toolbar
When I follow the intructions, as follows, the Display
Project Guide option is "greyed" out.

Here are the instructions I have tried(from the help
file) to show the Project Guide:
On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the
Interface tab.
Under Project Guide settings, select or clear the Display
Project Guide check box.
Note: The Project Guide displays the Project Guide
toolbar and makes it available from the View menu. To
hide and display this toolbar, point to Toolbars on the
View menu, and then click Project Guide to select or
clear the check box.

How can I get access to the Project Guide Toolbar I realy need ??

thanks.
Nicolas.

Hi Nicolas,

Which version of MS Project are you using - 2002 or 2003? Which service
pack are you running?

If you go to Help > About Microsoft Project and click on the Disabled
Items... button is anything listed?

Hi Julie,
Thanks for your time.

I am using Project professional 2003 SP2.
Project server is installed on the network as well.

Nothing is listed in About/Disabled Items window...

Several persons have posted this same question along the time but I can't
find any answer on the web (no one seems to be able to reply ...).

I guest the answer is simple, but inexistent for now …

Thanks for your help.

Nicolas.

Hi Nicolas,

You are welcome for what help I have provided thus far. I know very little
about Project Server so I suggest following Mike's advise about posting to
the server newsgroup. It may be an issue related to the Enterprise Global
template. Before posting to the server newsgroup, I would check and see if
the issue is only on your machine or other machines as well just to try to
narrow the list of questions first.
