Project Info Fields / Read only or edit only by admin

Hi all,

does anyone of you know how to...to use "read only project info
fields"?

What we want...
Only Admins (e.g. PMO) edits some project enterprise fields, e.g.
"project budget" or "current (released) budget".
Can we do this by using macros? How?

Any ideas, comments?

PS: We're using Project / Server 2003

Thomas:

Project Server does not provide field-level security, so anyone with
read/write access to a project can change these values for Project and task
fields and the same is true for resource fields when people have access to
update resources.
