Project Information window

Hello:

I am working on project guide for a client.I am using
some Enterprise resource outline codes here.Now what i
want? like when i click SAVE button(present in project
guide),the guide open Project Information Window and
fills all the information which i am selecting from
project guide.

For Example:

I write the name of new project in textbox (available
in text field)i.e. "TEST", so when i try to save this
project,a project information window opens with the name
of project which i write in text box in project guide.

Although i am able to open that project window but still
not able to enter information directly from project guide.

ANY HELP WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
