Project is checked out and cant checkin. Infinite looop

This behavior is very strange.

1. The project is check out
2. I force checking, and then I see if its on the queue but it isnt.
3. Then I try to edit the project but it still satys that the project is
checkout,
4. I go to force checkin and the project appears there again.

Its aloop and I cant edit my project.

Luis:

Try deleting your local project cache by closing Project and then:

Start > Run
Type %appdata% in the run field
Navigate to MS Project folder
Delete everything below the folder

Before opening the project from your client, verify that the project is
checked in by checking it in PWA.
