project is not saving

i have installed project server 2003 .

i open project in project professional 2003 and after modification try to
save but the dialog box appear

"You cannot overwrite the default version of (Published) of a project.
To save this project , type a new project name or save the project

the version other than the default."

tell me the solution otherwise all modification will be lost.
