Project is saying it is checked out when it is not

Gail

I have a project that I cannot open for edit as it says it is checked out.
But it is not. And when I go to Server Settings -> Database Administration
-> Forch Check-in Enterprise Objects it does not display. Additionally, I
have cleared my cache.

Hi Gail,

Try the following.

1. manually clear the cache by quitting project and hitting Start | Run and
type cd %appdata%, then cd MS Project and then delete everything within that
directory.

2. Open project again and open the project from the published (not the
working) database. It will open in read only. Close the project, and then
open it again from the working store.

Let us know how you get on.
