Project is Unviewable

I need to delete a VBA Macro, but when I try and access it
from the Project Explorer I get Project Locked Dialog Box
with the above message. How do I begin (step by step) to
proceed. I may have a password to use if needed.

Never Mind...
Workbook "WAS SHARED" - changed to "Un"-Shared
and was able to get into VBA and delete code;
Then of course set WB back up as SHARED!!
