Project Link in Web Access not Functional

I am an administrator for our Project Server, and when I click on the
Project link in Web Access I am able to see the list of project that we have
on the server. However, when I click on the project name to view the
details, I get a "There is no information to display in this view" message.
I get that message for all of the workplans except 1. Does anyone know why
this is?

Do you have admin access?
Do you have all rights "Allowed"?
Are you in any other group that has permissions "Denied"?

Even if you have the exact permission allowed in one
group, if you have it denied in another, "DENY" takes
precedence and you are denied.

Specifically, you need "See Projects in Project View" allowed.

Well, thats a starting point anyway... If that doesn't work
please re-post...

We were playing around with it and realized that when we posted new
workplans if we did an "Import project to enterprise" and publish we were
not able to view it in Web Access - Project link. However, if we did a
File-Save As, then published the plan we could see it in Web Access. So for
us, the difference was how we loaded the plan on the server. Doing the
Save-As is 3 for 3 in letting us view the plans. Not sure why this is, but
it seemed to work.
