Project Locked in server

Hello everyone,

The project server queue got stuck yesterday and had to be restarted.

After restarting one PM is unable to open ONE of his project plans;
here is the error:

"Project xyz cannot be opened at this time because it is locked in the
server to apply updates from team members.

Please try to open the project after some time when the updates may
have been applied."

After restarting the queue, all pending jobs, including those related
to the locked project plan went through and were successful.

I am able to open the "locked" project from my computer and several
other computers are also able to open the project.

Any help is appreciated.

Did you try having t he person who had the project open, open it again from
his/her cache. Its possible that some offline jobs have not yet syncd to
server.

If that doesnt work, have them clear their cache.
