Project Management Professional training ?

Where can one find reputable institutions that offer PMI training ? I'm
looking for a series of courses / classes that teach the profession itself,
not just a quickie 'test prep / we guarantee you pass the test' outfit. Can
be campus based, on-line or a combination of both. Geographic location =
Orange County, Southern California.
