Project management software comparison

Hi. Does anyone have or know where I could find a good document comparing
the top project management software packages on the market? We are
currently using MS Project Server 2003, but I have been asked to look into
other possibilities.

Just curious, is there a reason why PS isn't giving your company the right
benefits. For the price, compared to some of the other packages, I think that
MS has done a good job with this product

Do a google search for Gartner Group Magic Quadrant report. In this report
they list the top performers. It is interesting to note that PS is not one
of the m and I think we all know why. This is not to say PS is not great.
Just that their others that appear to be better. Depending on your
requirements and culture, I would recommend products that are full featured
end-to-end and wholly contained and not requiring plug-ins to do the same.
When it is the wee hours of the morning and you are attempting to recover
your epm data, you don't want to chase a vendor who says it isn't their
software that caused the problem and you can't prove it. BTW, Gertner's
report is biased but still gives you a very good idea about where to proceed.
