Project Manager Access + Renaming a project ?

I have a project manager that has created a number of schedules. When a second pm logs in and does file - open from Project 2003 he/she is unable to see the list of project from PM #1. What needs to be modified so pm 2 can view (read access only) the schedules from pm#1.

Also, once a project has been saved to the server is it possible to rename a project?
