Project manager can see all projects in project center .

I set these permission in My Projects Category.
and want that every project manager can see his own project on project center.

but one project manager can see all projects which is wrong according to
these permissions.
and other project managers are watching only their own projects.

Only the projects indicated.

The User is the Project Owner or the User is the Status Manager on
assinments within that project.

The User is on that project's Project Team.


tell me solution as soon as possible.

Hi Sam,
It is likely that your PM is also a member of another group, eg Executives
or Portfolio Managers. Worth checking this and removing the user from the
group.

No he is only a member of project manager group.

but all projects he made before and publish and then i change the owner and
assign other project manager as an owner to those projects.

but that project manager can see all projects in their project center page

Sam:

Add the status manager field to the projects. I think that you'll find that
the PM is still listed as status manager on some tasks. Perhaps on Summary
tasks.

Yes when I open the status manager of that project I see administrator name
in Phases only but when i select the owner of the project name and move to
other task to change status manager name. but previous one which i changed .
again restore to the administrator name.

why it is happening ?

It's an unfixed bug that affects summary tasks only.
