Hallo,
we have the following issue:
New project manager cannot connect to the Project server with MS Project
Pro. He is getting this dialog:
"The Microsoft Project Server database is unavailable.
You can´t access the dtb for one of the following reasons:
There is a problem with the enterprise global template in the database.
You do not have sufficient permission to access the enterprise global
template.
Network problems are preventing access.
The Microsoft Project Server does not have enterprise features enabled."
The Pj Server as well as the database server is up and running. There are no
errors in the MS PjServer Event log.
All enterprise features are enabled.
All other users have no problems with the connection.
The connection to the server has been verified successfully.
He has the same rights and permissions as other project managers.
I have uninstalled the MS PjPro on his computer, restarted it, deleted the
ActiveX controls, loggeg from his computer to the PWA site, dowloaded the
controls and reinstalled the MS PjPro. As is written in the Gary Chefetz
book. It did not help.
Really don´t know what to do. Any help will be appreciated.
