Project Manager Default Security for WSS

I am needing to have the project managers to automaticly be assigned as the
sharepoint site administrator of the project they have created. Currently
they only get set to project manager.

By default, the project manager publishing the plan for the first time has
full administrative rights to the SharePoint site. I'm not sure what you're
asking.

It apears that when a project manager creates a project, they are only
assigned Project Manager rights to the newly provisioned WSS site. They
can't set security for their own site. I need to be able to change this
default. Is there a way to set project managers to get Web Administrator
rights by default to their own WSS site?

To get more than out-of-the-box settings on this, you'd need to write your
own routine. This can be done.

Darn, I was hoping for an automated method or an application setting.
