Project Managers viewing all projects vs. their own

We are trying to set up PWA to allow project managers the ability to access
and update their projects in MS Project but also the ability to view only all
projects within the organization. We have set them up with the security
settings for My Projects (with the ability to open and save their projects)
and My Organization (with the ability to view all projects but not open or
save a project that is not theirs) but all they see in PWA is their projects
only. How can we accomplish this?

You were so close, but you missed a step. Do the following:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click Admin - Manage users and groups
3. Click the Groups link in the sidepane on the left
4. Select the Project Managers group and click the Modify Group button
5. In the Categories section, select the My Organization category
6. In the Permissions grid of the Categories section, set the "See Projects
in Project Center" permission to Allow
7. In the Permissions grid, set the "See Projects in Project Views"
permission to Allow
8. Click the Save Changes button
