Project measured in hours

I'm trying to create a Project plan for a system conversion that will be
taking place over the weekend. I need to view the project with a day/hour
timescale as opposed to dates. I've set my timescale to day/hour but can't
seem to figure out how to create tasks that begin at certain times of day.
How is this done?

Hello David,
In the Date and Start columns, you can display date + time :
Tools / Options / View / Date format : choose a date format suche as dd/mm/
yy 12:33 where 12:33 means haurs and minutes.
