project not connecting to project server

From my system I am able to connect to Project Server through PWA with login name "xxxxx" available in Project server
I have created "xxxxx" in the Project Manager Tools->Enterprise Options->Microsoft Project server Accounts
My project server - server configuration is "enterprise features enabled
Error message when I tried to connect to Project server from Project Manager 2003
Message Box1: there was a problem with the resource. Microsoft Project server was unable to process the specified enterprise resourc
Message Box2: Microsoft Project was unable to establish connection with the selected Microsoft Project Server. This could be caused by a loss of network connectivity, invalid user name or password, lack of an enterprise global template, problems with the microsoftproject server or database, or your microsoft project server may not have enterprise features enabled

Fromthe above server is having account and project is having account. No network problem because PWA is working. Data base is not a problem because PWA is working
What is the problem
