Project not displaying

Hi all,

I have created a VERY simple project and created it through PDS
ProjectCreate command. I have used the same XML over and over in the
past.

So far so good..until I try to view it in Microsoft Project. The
project doesn't show up in the Open dialog box. I know that the
project has been created because when I issue a ProjectStatus request I
can see it just fine along with all the other projects.

Any help?
