Project Not Visible to PM

Hi,
We have made a PM for three projects. The rights and related settings for
the PM are same for all projects. When the PM logins on the project server
through MS project, by clicking File->Open, the list contains only 2
projects and the third project is not visible. It is to be noted that this PM
was the replacement of another leaving PM.
Your help and assistance is highly appreciated.

Login to PWA as an administrator and navigate to the Project Center. Select
the project in question by clicking into a cell in the grid that does not
contain a hyperlink. Click the edit button on the tool bar and set the owner
to the new PM. Then follow the rest of the directions found here:
