Project owner

Hi,

I've already asked this question but haven't gotten any answer yet.
Does anyone know how can I find the project owner without using PSI nor
query from the DB.

I need to get it while offline

I don't think you can get that through Project - seems like there
would/should be <shrugs>. As far as I know, it's saved on the PWA side, thus
PSI or SQL Query.
