Project plan template for cmmi leve 5 implementation

Can anybody help me in getting the project plan template for cmmi level 5
implementation.

I'm working on doing a plan as well. Are you going directly to level 5?
Haven't found anything yet, but getting close to doing on from scratch.

We are CMMi level 3 now. We are planning to go level 5. If you have any
project schedule can you please provide me.

It would be grateful if you do the needful.

You folks are ahead of us. We have 300 IT staff clustered into 4 divisions.
1 of which is a contracted project which is at level 5 now. 2 are at level
2. 1 of the level 2 groups is working on level 3. The remaining group is
working on level 2.
