Project plans analysis question

I am currently managing multiple project plans using the EPM framework. These
plans use linked tasks across plans. Is there a way for me to get notified
when there is a change to any of the plans.

There is a built in dialog box that can open automatically when you open
your project asking you to accept changes made in external successors or
predecessors.
Check: tools> options> view and see if "show links between projects dialog

Maybe I did phrase this correctly. I have project managers who own the plans,
so they would see that dialog box. however when they make a change I have no
way knowing if it has impacted my other project managers plans. I guess I
looking at this from a program managment level.

If you have milestones and you baseline the plans, you can develop a view
that just features milestones. If there is any slippage or changes that
impact other plans, the miestones will refelct the impact.
