Project Plans - Different access required in PWA and PP

BACKGROUN
We have a Project Leader who manage a project and at the same time h
is a team member for two other projects

When this project leader connects to the Project server using Proec
professional he can open/save his own project plan and he ca
open/save the plans where he is a team member also ( I hope this i
right working of project professional)

NO
We want to restrict his access on the following wa
In PWA - He can see his own plan and other plans where he is a tea
membe

In Project Professional - He can see, open/save his plan only

HOW CAN I ACHEIVE THIS

Please help
