Project Portfolio Server 2006

Can anyone tell me if Project portfolio Server 2006 will install on 2 server
running Project Server 2003 with NLB running.

I have tried to find some documentation about it but the only documentation
about Portfolio Server is all about 2007.

If someone could tell me if it can or can't I would be happy.
