Project Portfolio Server 2007 - adding users to drop down lists in project info tab

What is the way to add user into the drop down lists "Project initiatiors"
and "Contributers" in the Project Infor tab? I had success only for "Project
Managers".

Add them to the group Project Initiators and Contributors. If the group
doesn't exist, create it.
