Project Portfolio Server

Is anyone using Project Portfolio Server? Do you like it?

It looks like SQL 2005 is required?

I'm on SQL 2K and Project Server 2003. Can Project Server 2003 run on SQL
2005? Is there any good instructions on upgrading to SQL 2005 with Project
Server 2003?

Jesse,

Project Portfolio Server 2006 does indeed require SQL Server 2005.

You can run PS2003 with SQL 2005, there are lots of knowledge base articles
and hotfixes available addressing this scenario. I have set up my
installation of PS2003 with SQL 2005 according to the following KB article:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917401/en-us

Hope this helps... Let us know if you find particularly helpful
links/documents on this topic.

Marc,

We have stood up Portfolio Server 2006 without a problem.

However, setting it up and intetgration with MSPS 2003 now there is a
different story. Is there ANY !! documentation on how this occurs etc ?
