Project Preview not displayed

Good morning,

I have a Project Manager who cannot preview his projects during Task
Approval. Either in PWA or in WinProj he'll go to accept the task from a team
member, then click to preview the project with the approved task, yet he'll
not see the preview.

At first, I thought it was an ActiveX control missing, but that doesn't seem
to be the case, as he can see all other ActiveX controlled Web parts.

Any suggestions on what to try next?
